Abu Dhabi has recognized the role of scale and speed in transforming UAE to the first global green country in the world.

The Queen of Green makeovers will be scaled up to create new businesses and jobs for unemployed Emerati's, increase oxygen and decrease CO2 emissions.

The program is an international public/private partnership bringing 29 stakeholders groups from around the world in the first mass collaboration in the Middle East.

Ambassador Hope developed the Foreign Empowerment Policy for President Obama and the G20 to leverage their assets to grow the green economy in emerging countries.

Hope selected UAE in 2007 to benefit from this new model and to be the hub for 14 programs in 70 countries to improve the quality of life for 200 million poorest of the poor (BOP market).

After reviewing the 7 Emirates, she has advised the Rulers to accelerate the plan to improve energy, environment, food and health security by engaging with the young Emerati's to create micro-enterprises and contracting jobs.

Collaborating with ADIA, Islamic Affairs, Aldar and ADTA the program's scaling will focus on Mosques, Villas and Hotels where the greatest energy, water conservation and sustainability can be achieved.

USA , UAE and UK policies are unified and Ambassador Yousef Al Otaiba for UAE in Washington DC and Ambassador Dominic Jermey for the UK in Abu Dhabi all support greater collaboration on putting environmental policy into practice.

Hope has connected the UN Policy "Innovation in Financing' for MDG goals with the alternative financing sector to ensure that scale and speed can be addressed in a practical way.

She committed to creating a positive framework across the Middle East to empower 100 million unemployed youth to emerge the green economies in their country.

Her work in bringing the Inter-faith community together to solve social challenges has bought Muslims, Catholics, Christians, Buddhists, Hindu's, Siekhs etc together to collaborate and transfer knowledge, resources and green technologies across 3 continents.

In May 2011 she will add the role of UN Ambassador to Rome with a focus on food security. Hope is a new kind of Ambassador focused on action using diplomacy and social media to mobilize and empower the poorest of the poor to be part of the solution instead of the problem.
