Queen of Green mobilizes 1,333 community and faith-based groups

8 million orphans, widows and caregivers will co-create 1,333 green and sustainable communities to empower the poor across the sub-continent of India.

Gill Wallace Hope, founder of Queen of Green FZE and G20 policy advisor has developed the Foreign Empowerment Policy that was ratified at the G20 meeting in South Korea.

The new Foreign Empowerment Policy leverages the G20 assets to empower the G-192 countries. The policy converges foreign policy, economic stimulus, poverty alleviation and mass collaboration to empower the poor to build green and sustainable communities.

India's faith and community groups are eager and exited to receive the resources to transform the lives of the poorest of the poor.

Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister issued a report in 2010 showing that 85% of the governments' investment in poverty alleviation was absorbed by national, state and local government with less than 15% reaching the poor.

Hope has spent years developing a global supply chain that planned, 'top down' and invested 'bottom up'. Now as the Queen of Green shifts into full scale implementation, India's poor gets a chance to shine.
